My Story.
A year ago, I made a pivotal decision that reshaped my personal and professional journey. I transitioned from Toronto to Dubai with my daughter, not as a permanent relocation, but as a move to establish a bi-coastal lifestyle. I now have two homes—one in Toronto, where I built my career and where my heart remains, and one in Dubai, where I’ve found immense opportunities to secure a prosperous future for my family. This decision was motivated by the growing need to provide stability and access to new opportunities, especially as political uncertainty and rising costs posed challenges in Toronto.
As a mother, ensuring my daughter has access to a future of success and growth is my top priority, and Dubai offered a rare opportunity to make that a reality. Here, we have found safety, political stability, and financial freedom. Dubai’s absence of capital gains tax has provided me with the flexibility to strategically invest, while the cost of living—though high—is offset by the incredible quality of life, abundant opportunities, and the security we enjoy.
For my daughter, Dubai offers a community where family values and well-being are paramount, allowing her to flourish in an environment of growth and opportunity. Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2016, my career has been defined by strategic growth, market expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As Toronto's real estate market surged in 2017, I pivoted to helping clients transition from renting to ownership, specializing in pre-construction investments, luxury condominiums, and high-end residential properties.
